Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Golf clubs cannot be hit, even once. After one hit, it is considered used and not returnable. Original tags must be attached to clothing with no signs of wear.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), inspect package to ensure product is in same condition as when we shipped it, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).


Howard's Golf is delighted to offer shipping across the entire United States, utilizing the services of USPS, UPS, or FedEx for all domestic deliveries. We are also pleased to extend our shipping to a variety of international destinations. It's important to be aware that certain locations may be subject to restrictions, and additional fees might be applicable.

Upon placing your order, rest assured that we will provide you with an estimated timeframe for shipping and delivery, tailored to the availability of your selected items. Additionally, a tracking number will be shared as soon as it becomes available, keeping you informed every step of the way.

Kindly note that our shipping rates are primarily determined by the weight of the items. You can find the specific weight listed on the detail page of each item. In line with the standard practices of our shipping partners, weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound.
